The Horowhenua Community Trust
The Horowhenua Community Trust's (hereafter in this website known as HCT) main focus is to provide funds for sporting purposes, rescue and life saving services, arts and community groups and education.
The Trustees
The Trustees of HCT will consider all applications for grant funding. The Trustees of the Horowhenua Community Trust are from the local community. These are the people who will meet as a group and consider applications and the criteria against which they will be considered. The trustees are:
- David Scott, Chairperson/Trustee,
- Maria Whiti, Secretary/Trustee,
- Joanne Thompson, Trustee,
- Glenn Hayes, Trustee.
The Administration Manager
Allan Beardsley is HCT's Administration Manager. In this position he is not a Trustee nor a member of the Committee. Therefore his voice is completely independent of the grants decision process.The Committee meets at least monthly and is the final arbitrator of all applications.
